Fred has had a long time passion for bodywork and holistic wellness. He gratuated in 1991 from a 1000 Hr program in Kriya Massage from DoveStar Institute in Hooksett NH. Over the years Fred has maintained his dedication to continuing education learning numerous techniques and modalities to add to his craft.

Being a student of Tai Chi and Qi Gong Fred discovered a new passion in exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine adding Shiatsu and Acupressure to his work. Fred has continued his education with Shiatsu Shin Tai and Shiatsu Anma.
