My goal in every session is to provide a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself through bodywork and mindful wellness. Whether you're searching for stress relief, focused therapeutic bodywork or deeper energy healing, I customize each sessions to fit your specific needs.

Reiki sessions are available both in-office or as a virtual session over Zoom.

What services do you offer?

Massage & Reiki (energy healing): Your session will be catered to your goals, i.e. therapeutic or lymphatic drainage massage, energy clearing and chakra balancing, focusing on a specific problem area, etc.

How much do your services cost?

What should I wear for my appointment?

Comfy clothes! During a massage, you will undress to your comfort level. Your body will be covered with a sheet and only the area of the body being worked on will be exposed at any given time. You will remain fully clothed during Reiki sessions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, Credit Cards, and Venmo.

What is customary when it comes to gratuity?

Clients who choose to tip often leave between 10-20%. Gratuity can be paid at time of service. Tipping is always optional and never expected.

What is your cancellation policy?

While I understand schedules change and life happens, I do require a 24-hour notice for cancellations.* A fee equal to 50% of your session fee may be charged if you cancel with less than 24-hours notice. Full payment will be required for missed appointments with no notice given.

*If you are not feeling well, please contact me to reschedule your session. If you arrive to your session and are visibly ill, I will not work on you and you may be charged the full session rate. Protecting my health protects my livelihood and the health of my clients. I appreciate your consideration!
