Life is about feeling good inside in order to show up for those we love. In Ericas 6 year career of working with others, she has been able to see their inner beauty glow session after session. She believes that there is nothing more gratifying than seeing her clients shine inside and out! She has worked with people of many different backgrounds ranging from collegiate athletes, to the desk junkie. She completed 900 hours of study at the National Holistic Institute and is always looking to add to her practice. Her experience with working as an Exercise Physiologist for many years has expanded her knowledge about the body and her sessions are not complete without a thorough wellness assessment and plan.
