Native Austinite, Rose Duffin, offers unique bodywork sessions that blend her knowledge of over 20 years of hands on experience and continued learning in a variety of modalities ranging from, Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, shiatsu, thai, orthopedic, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, energy work and aromatherapy. With over 1300 hours of massage school training and 20+ years of hands on experience, Rose masterfully meets each individual where they are on their personal healing journey.

Over the past 20 years, Rose has honed her intuition to listen to what her clients’ bodies need. Her dedication to her own healing path, and journey in motherhood have informed her ability to support others on their healing path as well. Rose has worked with professional athletes, pregnant and postpartum mothers, musicians, and more . She has also worked with clients at luxury spas, law offices, tech companies and more throughout her extensive career in Austin, Boulder, Denver, and currently Buda, TX and surrounding areas.

From the initial inhale of therapeutic grade aromatherapy essential oils, Rose’s clients are held in a loving space to connect mind and body, breathe and let go. Her holistic approach and skilled hands break down habitual patterns of tension and create more fluidity, balance, and ease in her clients’ bodies. Many people have said Rose gave them “the best massage of their life!”

Rose is always broadening her scope of knowledge; she became a certified health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016. She is a certified postpartum doula, as well as 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. She is now offering private massage sessions from her lovely home treatment space in Buda, TX.

Rose is a mother to two beautiful daughters; and loves live music, hiking with her dog, doing yoga, playing outside in nature and practicing a healthy lifestyle.
