Welcome to Kinesio Massage! Your Wellness Journey begins HERE...

I specialize in treating clients with all types of chronic pain symptoms such as:

FROZEN SHOULDER
TMJD

CHRONIC MIGRAINES
NECK/SHOULDER PAIN
PRE/POST SURGICAL PAIN/ RECOVERY
RESTRICTED MOVEMENT IN JOINTS
PHYSICAL INJURIES/TRAUMAS
MOTORIST ACCIDENTS

At Kinesio Massage, your session begins with listening—understanding your concerns, daily habits, and what you want to feel or do with greater ease. Whether you’re seeking relief from persistent tension, support for recovery, or time to unwind, your massage is tailored to your body rather than a set routine. Depending on your needs, sessions may blend neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, targeted deep tissue work, NeuroKinetic Therapy assessments, cupping, gua sha, and restorative techniques. We give attention to areas that are often overlooked and explore how movement and tension elsewhere in the body may contribute to your discomfort. Pressure and techniques are adjusted with your comfort and feedback in mind, creating a thoughtful, collaborative experience. Choose a 60-, 90-, or 120-minute session, with every visit shaped around what your body needs in the moment.
