Hey all! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my site. My name is Rachel White and I've been a licensed massage therapist for 19 years. Solving problems and helping others to heal holisticlly is what I do best!

In your first session I will perform an assessment using NeuroKinetic Therapy to pinpoint where the cause of pain or dysfunction is coming from. After, I use a combination of myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and light stretching to release restrictions.

Each session is designed to reduce your pain and tension and improve your range of motion in specific joints, allowing you to move better and feel better!
