Hi there, I'm Veronica! Wonderful to meet you!

I believe the best massage is one that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're recovering from a challenging workout, managing chronic tension, or simply taking time to recharge, my goal is to provide compassionate, intuitive care tailored to your body's unique needs.

My approach combines evidence-informed therapeutic techniques with a personalized touch. I specialize in sports massage, stretch therapy, and customized bodywork to relieve pain, improve mobility, enhance recovery, and support long-term wellness. Every session is designed around your goals, whether you're an athlete, weekend warrior, or someone looking to move through daily life with greater ease.

Outside the treatment room, I play recreational rugby and participate in CrossFit. Being active gives me firsthand insight into the physical demands of training, competition, and recovery, allowing me to better support athletes and active individuals in reaching their performance and wellness goals.

Above all, I'm passionate about creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where every client feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Whether you're preparing for your next workout, recovering from an injury, or simply prioritizing your well-being, I'm here to help you feel your best.

I look forward to being part of your wellness journey!
