Somatic Experiencing® helps people regulate their nervous systems to a state of balance. Thwarted defensive responses need to be completed, and survival energy stuck in the body needs to be released. We can work toward that slowly and gently by noticing bodily sensations.

Treatment may include touch, but do not expect a massage. This work is not psychotherapy, but a complimentary treatment that can support that work, and directly addresses the body where transformation can occur.

As a student at the Advanced level of the Somatic Experiencing® Professional Training, I am offering a discounted rate. One hour SE™ sessions are $100. Buy a package of 6 sessions for $515.

Sessions are available in-person or on Zoom.

Massage sessions are available at my regular price. $165 for one hour, and $200 for 90 minutes.
