Session is 50-minutes you may book 80-minute session if you like an additional 30 minutes of integrative massage.

When you are seeking a light-touch approach, I will incorporate Craniosacral Unwinding which combines physical and energetic techniques with conscious languaging to help you tap into your body’s innate healing process to restore balance and awareness.

For those who are seeking Abdominal Therapy, I will focus on abdomen area to increase blood, lymph, and energy circulation. It may improve blood flow to digestive organs, reposition reproductive organs. Along with promoting relaxation, allowing the nervous system to regulate and allow for a sense of calmness in mind and body.
