I found my way into massage therapy through running. Dealing with the demands of training firsthand gave me a deep appreciation for proper recovery and that experience is at the core of everything I do.

I work primarily with runners and athletes, though my door is open to anyone looking to feel better and keep doing what they love. Every session is tailored to what you need, whether that's easing chronic tension, supporting an active training load, or simply taking care of yourself.

When I'm not working, you can find me running or cycling along Lake Shore or signing up for the next race.
