My goal for each session is to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and RENEWED. I’ll work to correct postural deviations that may be causing you discomfort or pain. I can help with problems like frequent headaches, chronic low back, upper back or neck pain, carpel tunnel syndrome symptoms, shoulder pain/frozen shoulder, chin splints, sports or auto related accidents, etc…. I customize your massage to meet your needs and comfort levels. I also offer prenatal and lymphatic therapies. I am not a “if it doesn’t hurt it doesn’t work” therapist. I can provide you with effective therapy without leaving you bruised or overly sore. However, if it is your very first massage or the first in a while, you can expect to be a little sore for a day or two after your session. This is due to toxin accumulation in our tissues. Massage moves stored toxins from our tissues into our bloodstream to be filtered and released. Sometimes our tissues reabsorb these toxins which can result in soreness. Increasing water intake before and after your massage greatly reduces post massage soreness.

I strongly recommend regular massages to all my clients. I offer in-home services. Outcall appointments are only available to current clients or to those who have been directly referred to me by a current client. Outcall appointments cannot be booked online. Please contact me directly to schedule. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book an outcall. This amount will be applied to your total once services are rendered. Outcalls must be cancelled with at least 5 BUSINESS DAYS notice. If you fail to give sufficient notice you will not get your deposit back. REGARDLESS OF REASON.
