Her approach is designed to release tension, relax the body, and incorporate deep tissue work where the body communicates it is needed.

Outside of massage, Jessica is passionate about expanding her knowledge of holistic health. She believes food is medicine and is dedicated to learning how to live in sync with the menstrual cycle while exploring women’s hormones and metabolic health. She has aspirations to incorporate coaching for nutrition and women’s hormonal wellness into her practice in the future.

Beyond her professional passions, Jessica loves practicing hot yoga, playing basketball and disc golf, finding peace in the outdoors, and spending wholesome time with her family and dogs.
