Hi, my name is Shannon DeVaux, I have been a LMT since 2008. Massage & Bodywork are more than a career for me, they are a passion. My goal is to CustomDesign your session with YOU in mind. Breaking away from the "Swedish", "Deep Tissue", "pressure, pressure, pressure" mindset for massage, that over simplifies what bodywork is & does for our bodies as a whole.

All of my services reach the deep soft tissues of the body, support every system in your body, using appropriate technique/modalitie, tools, & pressure. YOU get to choose how we get to those deep layers of soft tissue.

ClassicRelax Sessions are great fullbody session that include HotStones to melt/relax away the deeper tension in your body, utilizing long/relaxing/gliding strokes to improve over all blood/lymph flow.
CustomTherapy Sessions include HotStones & Cupping, several techniques to target & focus on chronic/acute, pain/discomfort 5+ on a scale of 1-10. These can still be relaxing sessions for some. If you are looking to work as much as the body as possible, I recommend booking a 90min Session.
ActiveAthletic Sessions include several tools, techniques to support Athletes & those that have rigorous work out schedules/sessions & goals. Reduces recovery time, risk of injury. Increases ROM, performance, & endurance. (Can include HotStones, Cupping, Scrapping, ROM, Stretching, positional work & brisk strokes to get the blood into the tendons/ligaments as needed.
