Deanne Falzone has spent the majority of her professional career working with people during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a certified childbirth educator, she has worked with thousands of birthing people, empowering them through her informed and compassionate teaching. As a licensed massage therapist specializing in bodywork surrounding birth, Deanne brings a deep level of knowledge and experience to her clients, creating individualized in-home sessions that address a variety of needs, before or after birth.

CANCELLATION POLICY - full payment is required for the following conditions:

Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No show or missed appointments.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
Exceptions to the policy include giving birth (hooray!), illness, or inclement weather.

REFUND POLICY

If seeking a refund for unused massage services, email a request for refund to deanne@withinbalance.org within one (1) year of the purchase date. When approved, the total cost of the remaining services (including massage or massage package, tip, etc.), minus a 4% processing fee, will be refunded to the original form of payment. It takes approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to process and then post to a client’s payment account.
