I have a large passion towards our overall health and finding ways to achieve health to our best with alternative therapies and medicine. Massage is such an important part of our full body health.

I've been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2007. Massage is such a passion of mine and I look forward to working with each clients individual needs. I've been told by many people that my touch is very effective but gentle. I love to do deep tissue while working with your body and not against it. I also have a very gentle approach for those who do not prefer deep tissue work.

My Certifications are on Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage and Thai Massage.
