Yolande is a Registered Massage Therapy, with 2200 hours of training including 330 hours of hands-on-practice. She specializes in Trigger Point therapy, therapeutic massage, cupping, and lymph drainage.

She is a Level 4 BioEnergetic Wellness facilitator (Touch for Health), practicing since 2011. She has over 180 hours in training, specializing in emotional release. She has completed the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program and is able to run functional labs. She is trained in neuro-development reflex integration with over 60 hrs and a certified wellness coach.
