All other appointments are in-home, on-site, & mobile. Fully clothed and No Oil!

Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is a mind-body exercise that focuses on coordinating breath, posture, and intention to enhance vitality, reduce stress, improve balance, and support self-healing. Offered in a class setting and as a combination treatment to with Thai Bodywork. Class locations will be announced soon.

Experience the ancient healing art of Traditional Thai Massage, often described as "lazy person's yoga" due to its unique blend of acupressure, rhythmic compression, and assisted yoga-like stretching. Performed on a comfortable custom-made floor mat without the use of oils, you remain fully clothed in loose comfortable attire.

Your therapist will use their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to apply pressure along the body's energy pathways ("Sen" lines), guiding your body through various movements to release tension and improve energy flow. this holistic treatment helps to:

*improve flexibility and range of motion
*Relieve muscle tension and joint stiffness
*Reduce stress and promote a calm, clear mind
*Boost energy levels and vitality

This service is perfect if you are looking for a comprehensive, invigorating treatment that goes beyond muscle relaxation to realign your entire body and mind.

Darlene offers several variations of Thai Bodywork, such as Table Thai and Chair Massage if you are unable to get up and down from the mat on the floor.

ZenThai Bodywork is a beautiful blend of Thai and Zen Shiatsu specially created to ease muscle tension and calm your mind by engaging the nervous system and gently inviting your body to relax with gentle compressions, stretching and breathwork. Done on a mat on the floor fully clothed.
