Life brought me to Hermiston area in 2011, but my heart has been in Eastern Oregon since I was a child, spending my summers riding horses in the Wallowas.

My compilation of massage modalities include a combination of myofascial release, deep tissue, cupping, mobilization, nervous system down regulation for stress, lymphatic drainage, injury & post surgery recovery.

I graduated from Ancient Arts Massage therapy school in 2020, while new to being a licensed massage therapist, my background in body work began in 2016 with teaching yoga & practicing Yoga-Thai massage. Yoga led me into physical therapy 2018-2020. I then discovered my love for massage therapy combined with intelligently sequenced movement, breathwork, injury recovery, chronic pain, misalignment, and life long whole body health.

I am continuing my education to become a licensed clinical social worker to work with people in healing trauma.

I look forward to working with each person to create an individualized personal care plan.
