As a seasoned massage therapist, certified lymphedema therapist, and the proud owner of Total Therapy and Wellness, I bring over a decade of expertise to the field. Graduating from Concorde Career College in Memphis, TN in 2007 as a Certified Massage Therapist with Honors. I obtained my certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy (MLD) in 2023. I've been employed and managed several areas of massage therapy including spas, wellness centers, franchise massage locations, oncology, pediatric, rehabilitation and chiropractic. I then went back to school for Occupational Therapy Assistant, graduating in 2014. This lead me to become a Director of Rehabilitation in which I gained the knowledge and expertise to run a business as well as enhance my knowledge of functional rehab. Throughout my career, I've cultivated a deep-seated commitment to enhancing the lives of my clients. Specializing in pain management. I leverage my extensive training and experience to offer tailored solutions aimed at alleviating discomfort and promoting overall wellness.

My focus on therapeutic massage techniques and lymphatic drainage is underscored by a dedication to understanding the specific needs of individuals dealing with pain-related challenges. By providing compassionate care and employing evidence-based approaches, I strive to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve the quality of life for those I serve.
