I give the massage I want to receive! I'm a certified Neuromuscular Therapist and experienced Massage and Spa therapist from the Scherer/Santa Fe School of Massage lineage, working on Tewa land in Oga Po'geh, Santa Fe, NM.

When I receive massage, I don't want uncomfortable pain or to feel like I'm hardly being massaged, I do want the work to adequately address my tension patterns; I want deep tissue work in some places but there are also always sensitive places that can't receive deep work. I want my therapist to be present, grounded, and joyful in their work. I want my massage to be thorough; addressing my muscles with knowledge of how they work. I want the work to be relaxing and magical, respectful, energetic. I try to bring all these qualities to my own work with my clients.

I'm currently working out of my beautiful, sun filled, home office in Pueblos del Sol so I'm not sharing my address on this site, you'll receive the address when you book a session. Our home has three sweet dogs and one other wonderful (and quiet) human in it.

If you don't see a time that works for you or you'd like to book same day (which I have the web site set to not allow) you can text or email me to check for availability. I have a sporadic schedule and am sometimes available during times that aren't listed. Cash payment is preferred but I'm happy to use other forms of payment as well I take most forms of payment.

COVID Safety:

I take covid very seriously. I'm fully vaccinated. Everyone who can be, should be vaccinated. My office has two opposing windows open for ventilation and an air filter for when the windows need to be closed. I will always wear a mask to protect my clients and my family. I have tailored my life with my small family bubble to avoid covid exposure. It is currently optional for my clients to wear masks.

Holistic Health and Justice Ethics

Massage is a calling for me that goes beyond economic survival. It's an industry cliché, but one that holds true; that it's an honor to do the work I do with my clients, on this land and in this community. My personal philosophy of healing is informed by modern scientific medicine and research, holistic and "alternative" medicine, and the bigger holistic picture which includes social, transformative, and healing justice models created by activists in queer and BIPOC communities. I have learned the many names that have been given to palm oil and done my best to avoid using it and other unethical products. White readers, we should all be contributing to the Honor Native Land Tax https://www.honornativelandtax.org/ and learning about and deconstructing colonialism and other forms of oppression. It is essential for our healing and well being!
