How I can help you?

I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner (JSJP) with over 25 years of study in natural health and healing the body.

Back in 2007, I had been privately struggling with depression, ongoing pain, and adrenal fatigue. As a wife, momma of 3 young kids, and preschool teacher, learning acupressure (JSJ) has helped me to overcome the exhaustion, guilt, and time taken away from my family and responsibilities.

Family and community are as important to me as health and vitality. That is why I help my clients heal and learn how to practice effective self-care, care for their families, and continue to contribute to their communities.
