In 2002, I graduated from the Oregon School of Massage in Portland. I am trained in several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology and Pregancy Massage (both prenatal and postpartum). In addition, I have experience in working with people who have had cancer; active and in remission.

My family is where I learned that it was meaningful to me to ease discomfort and pain in others through massage. Years of practicing massage therapy has shown me that each client is unique and needs an individualized care plan based upon their symptoms.
