Hi, I’m Rumi (they/them). My approach to bodywork is rooted in the belief that when we feel better in our bodies, we show up better for our lives. Whether you're recovering from a high-intensity performance or navigating the daily grind, I want to help facilitate relief and restoration.

I incorporate Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Relaxation techniques into every massage.
Sports massage isn't just for athletes, most bodies can benefit from the targeted stretching and mobility work I incorporate into sessions. My goal is to balances firm, therapeutic pressure with the space your nervous system needs to regulate.

I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive environment for all bodies - I want you to leave our session feeling grounded, mobile, and ready to take on whatever comes next.
