Allow me to be a wellbeing aid in decreasing discomfort, releasing tension calming the nervous system, increasing circulation.

My focus is relaxation and stress relief. Sometimes that involves surface treatment to muscles. Other times require work into deeper muscular layers. Levels of pressure are determined by client goal, client need and client preference.

I have been a licensed, insured, massage therapist practicing in Washington DC and surrounding areas since 2006.

As I consult with clients I listen and observe to gain clear initial treatment intent.

Some of the modalities in my training include TuiNa (traditional Chinese medical massage), Swedish massage, sports massage, pre and post natal massage. I extract from each creating a wellspring of method and technique to draw and intuit from customizing individual sessions.

My signature massage is designed to be holistically therapeutic head to toe experience.
