What the average person abuses and neglects the most these days is their own body. We push ourselves to the breaking point were the only treatment we think can help are surgeries and medications. My personal mission is to help you have a better understanding of your body and also be able to know how to listen to what your body is telling you.

By offering a more narrow variety of modalities, primarily corrective therapy (which is more in depth than deep tissue), Neuromuscular therapy, Therapeutic Massage, and Myofascial work, I have honed my skills into helping treat more issues with specific techniques. A few of the most common issues that I treat very efficiently with specific protocols while treating whiplash, TMJD, headaches and migraines. I also treat low back and hip discomfort effectively. When doing corrective therapy you can look forward active stretching like PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and Body Insight treatments (a form of neuromuscular therapy involving active motion to release the tension).

While I used a handful of different manual techniques, I have also been using some tools to help reach goals and results faster. I am certified in Cupping and Bamboo Fusion, which are techniques that help break down scar tissue and address disfunction in fascia.

You can also enjoy and relax with a more gentle soothing session with as Swedish massage. Sometimes people need a place to escape the outside world for a little bit, recharge your batteries, and give your mind some peace. Swedish style massage have many physical benefits that include (but not limited) to increased circulation of the cardiovascular and lymphatic systems, decreases muscle tension, and some light stretching often can help with range of motion in the joints.

Late Arrival Policy

It is my goal to provide you with a hand-on massage for the full time scheduled. To make this possible, please arrive approximately 5 minute prior to your scheduled start time. This will allow for advanced preparations so that we may make the best use of your allotted session. The time set aside is designated only for you. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled stop time. You will be charged for the full price of your booked session. If you are 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no show and the full price of the scheduled session will be charged. This policy is intended to avoid delays and be considerate of all my clients’ time.

Late Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable and I am aware you may have unexpected changes to your calendar. To accommodate this, I am allowing for cancellations up to 3pm the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, I am generally unable to fill appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. Therefore, any session that is not canceled at least before the time stated above the day before your scheduled appointment will be billed at 50% of the regular session rate.

No Show Policy

I respect your time and expect the same in return. Therefore, any clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the scheduled session.
