Bri utilizes myofascial release, deep tissue manipulation, cupping therapy, active stretching, and corrective strengthening techniques and exercises to help you find pain relief and optimize musculoskeletal function. These methods aim to create more space within the body and bring more blood flow into compressed or dense areas of the soft tissue, and can offer more fluidity to your movement.
