I see myself as an active person, enjoying my body’s health and vitality through the movement of exercise, work, and fun.

When I take time each day to quiet and calm my mind, body, and most of all my heart/soul, can I see clearly the contents of my character and creation.~

I am a certified and trained in neuromuscular therapy, posture and movement, biomechanics, integrated manual therapy, sports massage, personal training, and trauma informed care.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Colorado.

I have spent over 40 years as a competitive athlete, coach, and/or teacher and instructor of a variety of sports and educational disciplines. The exposure and personal success in the areas of physical fitness, sports, and teaching has given me a keen knowledge and understanding of body movement and performance. I use this knowledge and understanding, and experience, to cater each therapy session.

I am a graduate (2013) and former instructor of theory and technique at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs, CO.
