Healthy Manifestations has evolved.

After more than a decade of therapeutic massage and years of specializing in slow, deeply grounding Barefoot Massage, my practice has expanded into work centered around the face, jaw, head and neck — including Holistic Facial Sculpting, TMJ and jaw-focused treatment, headache-focused care, Facial Cupping and Gua Sha.

My approach brings together therapeutic touch, nervous-system support and thoughtful, unhurried care designed to help you soften, settle and simply receive.

Holistic Facial Sculpting

Holistic Facial Sculpting combines facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, intraoral/buccal massage, and detailed therapeutic work through the face, jaw, neck and scalp.

This work is about much more than appearance. The face holds tension, expression, stress and habitual patterns just like the rest of the body.

Using a combination of hands-on sculpting techniques, facial mobility work, lymphatic support and deeply restorative touch, each treatment supports both natural facial rejuvenation and the release of tension held throughout the face, jaw and nervous system.

Choose The Foundation, a complete 75-minute Holistic Facial Sculpting treatment, or The Ritual, an extended 90-minute experience with additional shoulder, neck, scalp and hand work.

For clients who want consistency and progression over time, 6-, 8- and 12-Week Holistic Facial Sculpting Journeys are also available.

Therapeutic Jaw, Head & Neck Care

My work now includes specialized treatment for some of the areas where we commonly carry the most tension — the jaw, face, temples, scalp, head and neck.

The Unwind | TMJ + Jaw Treatment offers focused external and intraoral work for the jaw, face, neck and surrounding muscles. This treatment is especially suited for clients experiencing jaw tension, clenching, muscle fatigue or restriction through the TMJ region.

The Release | Headache Treatment focuses on patterns of tension through the head, scalp, temples, jaw, neck and shoulders that may contribute to headache discomfort.

My treatments may also incorporate Facial Cupping, Gua Sha and cryotherapy when appropriate, allowing me to work with facial and neck tension, circulation, tissue mobility and lymphatic flow in additional ways.

Every treatment is individualized. Rather than following the exact same sequence each visit, I choose techniques based on what your body and tissues are presenting that day.

Barefoot Massage Continues

Barefoot Massage remains an important part of Healthy Manifestations and continues to be available for my established massage clientele.

My work has naturally shifted toward Holistic Facial Sculpting, TMJ and jaw care, headache-focused treatment, and therapeutic work from the décolletage upward, allowing me to continue offering detailed, restorative bodywork in a way that feels both meaningful and sustainable for many years to come.

A Simple, All-Inclusive Experience

Healthy Manifestations offers all-inclusive treatment pricing.

Gratuity is already included in your treatment price, so there is no need to add a tip.

The thoughtful comforts that are part of your experience — including hot towels, heat, aromatherapy, beverages, snacks and other treatment enhancements I select for you — are included as well.

The price you see is the complete price of your experience.

Whether you come to me for facial sculpting, focused therapeutic care or deeply grounding bodywork, my intention remains the same:

Come as you are. Settle in. Simply receive.
