Welcome to Healthy Manifestations! I'm Shawnie Zephyr, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) specializing in the deeply effective art of Ashiatsu massage.

My mission is to create a space where you can experience profound physical relief, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity through carefully tailored sessions that blend deep pressure with relaxation.

Ashiatsu, often referred to as "barefoot massage," is renowned for its ability to deliver consistent, deep pressure that reaches into the deepest layers of muscle tissue. Using my feet, I apply slow, sustained compression that allows your body to release tension at its core. This method is especially effective for addressing chronic pain, improving mobility, and alleviating deeply held stress patterns.

My approach combines the therapeutic depth of Ashiatsu with a focus on balance. While the pressure is deep, the pace is intentionally slow, giving your body the time it needs to adapt and release tension safely and effectively. This slow, deliberate work activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and enhancing the long-term benefits of the session.

In my private studio in Springfield, Oregon, I provide a welcoming and safe environment for your healing journey. Every session is customized to your needs, whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, recovery from physical stress, or a grounding moment of self-care.

CANCELLATION POLICY: With respect to our massage therapists’ time and other clients on the waitlist, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation/reschedule. The full price of appointment will be charged if you cancel in under 24 hours or do not call or show. This policy applies to both pay at time of service and insurance billed sessions.
