Hi, I’m Shawnie Zephyr, LMT. My approach to bodywork is slow, intentional, and deeply restorative, with an emphasis on releasing tension, settling the nervous system, and creating space for you to simply receive.

For many years, Barefoot Massage has been at the heart of my practice. Working with deep, broad, sustained pressure has shaped the way I understand the body and taught me the value of slowing down, listening through my hands and feet, and allowing the body time to soften rather than forcing change. Today, my Barefoot Massage practice is primarily reserved for my established massage clients.

As Healthy Manifestations continues to evolve, my work is becoming increasingly focused on Holistic Facial Sculpting and specialized therapeutic work for the face, jaw, head, and neck.

Holistic Facial Sculpting brings my slow, intentional approach to the face, jaw, neck, and scalp. Through facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, intraoral buccal massage, and other specialized techniques, I focus on releasing patterns of tension and holding, supporting natural facial rejuvenation, and creating an experience that allows the entire nervous system to soften.

I am also expanding my work with clients experiencing TMJ and jaw tension, headaches, and related patterns of tension through the face, head, neck, and shoulders. This more focused therapeutic work feels like a natural evolution of everything I have learned throughout my years as a massage therapist.

Continuing education is an important part of that evolution. I continue to pursue advanced training in facial rejuvenation, intraoral and buccal techniques, TMJ and jaw work, headache-focused massage, lymphatic techniques, and other therapeutic approaches that allow me to bring greater depth and intention to each treatment. I am also a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator.

Healthy Manifestations is a quiet, private practice where treatments are never rushed and thoughtful details are simply part of the experience. My intention is to create a warm, grounded space where you can step away from the outside world, reconnect with yourself, and allow your body to settle.
