August Update — I’m Back & Something Beautiful Is Beginning

After a wonderful summer spent working in the blueberries and stepping away from my normal routine for a bit, I’m officially back in the treatment room and accepting appointments again.

I also recently completed an incredible four-day NeoLifting® training in Portland, expanding my education in holistic facial sculpting, facial anatomy, lymphatic drainage, nervous-system-focused touch, and natural facial rejuvenation.

This training has opened the door to an exciting new chapter for Healthy Manifestations — and I’m continuing to build on it throughout the fall.

Over the next few months, I’ll be returning to Portland for additional advanced education, including:

Buccal & Brow-Lift: Advanced Facial Rejuvenation Techniques
Facial Cupping & Gua Sha: Where Spa Meets Function
Headaches: Releasing the Vice

Each of these classes will deepen the work I’m already bringing into my practice — giving me even more tools for working with the face, jaw, brow, scalp, neck, fascia, tension patterns, and nervous system.

Over the next month or two, I’ll begin introducing new holistic facial sculpting services, treatment options, and combinations to my menu. I’m taking the time now to practice, refine, integrate, and create these offerings with the same intention and care I bring to every massage session.

For now, my massage schedule is open and I would absolutely love to welcome you back to the table.
