The body has an amazing ability to heal. Sometimes... it needs help. I'm here to participate in that help! My goal is to be a part of your healing journey by affecting change in your body while bringing you to a quiet peaceful place of relaxation. I'm here to do my part... and... to teach you what you can do at home to empower yourself on your quest to find your balance!

My credentials include State Licensed Massage Therapist, State Licensed Esthetician, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Home Herbalist trained in Western Energetics, and Holistic Helper with a passion for essential oils, herbals, nutrition, supplements and a lifetime desire to help people!

I incorporate multiple modalities while your body guides our journey together! Welcome! I look forward to meeting you!
