Living Inspired Wellness is the business of Trudi Dixon, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Somatic Therapist. Trudi offers the virtual services of online somatic therapy and distance Reiki sessions. She provides her clients with compassion, empathetic listening, and attuned reflection without judgment to help them re-connect with everything their bodies already know about moving with ease within themselves and out into the world. All of the modalities she offers can relieve stress and tension, improve self-awareness, and transform ingrained patterns by accessing the body’s innate capacity for healing.
