I have been in healthcare over 25 years in many capacities with special emphasis on reproductive health, families, and Holistic movement. I am an advocate for justice and compassion of all beings. I strive to preserve fluidity and inclusivity with respect and understanding. My approach is to meet each human wherever they are and connect the pieces from there-Holding space for the body to find relief and release.

Prior to massage, I was a Certified Birth Doula. I worked with the Providence Women’s Clinic as a hospital staff doula, as well as other community organizations. In combination with birth work, I became a yoga teacher in 2014 receiving my training 200 Hr training through The Bhakti Yoga Movement Center. Lastly, graduating from East West College of Healing Arts in 2019.

While attending East West, I deepened my studies in Tuina, which is a form of Chinese medical massage. It utilizes acupressure points to stimulate the flow of energy, or chi, within the body that may have blockages or imbalances to promote balance and harmony. I studied Craniosacral Therapy which is a gentle hands-on treatment that uses light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. It can help relieve restriction throughout the body on an emotional, energetic, and physical level. Recently, I've added Chi Nei Tsang to my offerings, which is Chinese abdominal massage, basic training in oncology massage, and energy medicine utilizing sound and tuning forks. I weave all of these modalities and experiences into my general practice.

I have an infinite love for Ayurveda and always strive to connect the physical layers of the body to nature around us. Allowing the landscape of the Earth to harness the compass of health. Using touch and movement as tools that connect breath to soul allows intuition to speak freely on the table. I would not call myself the healer but would prefer facilitator. Helping others find their abundant power, grace, and strength during times of transition and discomfort is really where the magic is.
