Celeste is an Advanced Biofield Tuning Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, and Somatic Breathwork Facilitatior certified through SomatIQ.

For Celeste, energy medicine wasn't just a career choice, it was a lifeline. After years of trial and error with chronic illness, anxiety, and depression, she discovered that true wellness requires a multi-angled approach and for her- an emphasis on energy healing. By bringing the body’s electrical system into a state of coherence (Biofield Tuning), incorporating universal love energy (Reiki) and releasing stuck energy within our bodies (Somatic Breathwork), we can calm the nervous system to a state where innate healing happens.

She was certified in 2017 as a Usui Reiki Master. Continuing to deepen and explore her understanding of energy work while training all over the country, becoming an Advanced Biofield Tuning practitioner in 2019. Her toolkit expanded further in 2020 following a traumatic pregnancy and birth; Celeste found Somatic Breathwork to be so profoundly transformative, again, she ventured to experience the certification process in 2 slightly different styles in 2024. (All great excuses to travel- one of her very favorite things in life!)
