I've been practicing massage since 2001. I am a chronic sufferer myself and look for new ways to help in aide to help manage our symptoms. I actively keep learning new techniques for chronic to acute discomforts.

My sessions are meant to work out the soreness, tightness, and adhesions In a spa setting.
