I discovered the benefits of massage 17 years ago when I was working on an improvisational dance performance. Massage gave me greater freedom, fluidity, and presence in my movement. It is my joy to offer you customized massage and healing sessions to support relaxation, relief of pain and tension, and overall wellbeing.

I graduated from The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in King of Prussia PA in 2001. I studied long form Reiki with The Reiki School and Clinic in Philadelphia PA between 2007 and 2016, where I also offered Reiki in the Penn Abramson Cancer Center as part of the Penn Reiki Volunteer Program. I have practiced massage and Reiki in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient hospital rooms, hospice and wellness centers.

My focus includes myofascial release and connective tissue therapies, prenatal massage and relaxation. I look forward to working with you!
