Both of these practices strive to find the imbalances in your soft tissue starting from just after your central nervous system following thru to where your imbalance is in the farthest reach of your system. Together we address; posture, ergonomics, daily activities like working out, what you do to rest your body. We discuss past and present injuries and accidents, as well as diseases and some medications that can impact your soft tissue health and mobility.

A session with me is vary rarely a full body massage, but a concentrated and highly focused clearing of any soft tissue system; muscular, facial, lymphatic, tendon, and peripheral nervous. My goal in every session is to give you back more Range of Motion, less pain, decrease swelling & for every session for your chief complaint to either be removed or drastically improved.
