She is a very experienced, warm, compassionate, personable massage therapist, trained and skilled in many modalities related to body work. Besides being an exceptionally skilled and talented massage therapist, Utahna is also a Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Medical Intuitive, and Certified Master Kinesiologist. She says that “Incurable” just means that it must be cured from within (spiritually). Utahna loves teaching and coaching, and has spent a great deal of time over the years volunteering with the Awakening Oneness and Children of Light groups, and she is a passionate student of healing through nutrition. According to Utahna, it is very important that we all take more responsibility for our own health and wellbeing. She is a truth-seeker and believes that we all have a divine spirit (“soul”) part that is already perfect, whole, and complete. We just need a little help to remember who we really are.

Utahna has been practicing massage since she was a little girl, when her mother requested many times that she massage her neck and shoulders, and her uncle begged for a back rubs. “Tonnie” (as she is called by her family) didn’t experience a massage for herself until 1997, when she was forced to go get one because of a nasty trigger point that formed just under her right shoulder blade while sitting for long hours in an Impact Training weekend seminar. As the timing would have it, they had just been doing some dream work to find guidance about their life’s purpose, or a most fulfilling career. Utahna intuitively found a fabulous, inspiring massage therapist. Her first massage was only a back massage, but because she felt so totally safe and comfortable with the therapist, she asked lots of questions about his training and she rescheduled for a full-body massage the next week. She was signed up for school within 3 days. It was very obvious to her that massage & energy healing was to be her life’s path, with the purpose of helping people to awaken and remember their true magnificence, how we are all connected, and in turn, creating more peace on the planet . :D

In order to rid herself of a very stubborn infection on her leg last year, she was intuitively guided to cut sugar and gluten out of her diet. That resulted in the shedding of 65 lbs in 2015. She looks and feels so much better that she has decided to adopt the Ketogenic (Low Carb/High Fat) diet as a permanent lifestyle. This way of eating and living has so many benefits! (Including more energy, less hunger, absence of brain fog, better hormone function...) When you discover something really good that would help many others, you just have to share! In her free time, Utahna enjoys reading, writing, meditating, surfing the web, taking classes, walking, working out, decorating, traveling, yard work, and spending quality time with her 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. She and her son went skydiving for the first time in June of 2016.
