Trained in trauma-informed instruction, I approach each class with authenticity and empathy, recognizing the significance of acknowledging and addressing trauma held within both the body and the mind. Equipped with specialized skills and approaches, I strive to create a safe and supportive space tailored to each participant's unique needs and comfort levels.
