Sausha began her massage journey in 2014 where she attended massage school in Tacoma WA, at Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics. Massage school taught her how amazing the human body is, and how important massage is for the body, mind and soul. It was there where she learned about the most amazing organ in the human body, fascia. Learning the unique technique of Zentherapy - Advanced Trigger point Anatomy Myofascial release and Zen Bodytherapy Structural Integration has not only given Sausha a passion to share with the world, but has helped her clients get their life back.

What is Zentherapy? And how can it benefit you?

Zentherapy recognizes that from birth to death, life is a flow of energy. This energy takes shape by our attitudes, our emotions our culture, and how we treat our bodies in everyday life. Zentherapy releases the natural form of the body from the aberrations caused by physical, chemical, psychological, and spiritual traumas.

These aberrations misalign the body and block the free flow of energy within the body. Which will cause chronic pain with limited movement to enjoy everyday life.

Zentherapy is a mix of Eastern and Western Cultures. Many Different methods and techniques are used to process the body; this includes the amazing work taught by, Dr. Ida Rolf, Moshe Feldenkrais, Lauren Berry, Raymond Nimmo, Tanouye Tenshin Rotaishi. William "Dub" Leigh, and Sausha's instructor Bill Thompson.

These wonderful practitioners who have pioneered this life-changing work have made it possible for so many to live a happy life in their bodies. I'm very grateful to continue in their footsteps and help my community learn how amazing the human body truly is.

Sausha understands all to well after she endured 2 motor vehicle accident in less than a year, all while attending massage school. Those tragic events became her blessing. She understands the needs of her clients when it comes to getting your life and movement back. She learned so much from all the wonderful therapists who helped her on healing journey. Especially those who focused on the fascial restriction that caused her chronic pain and lack of movement. She felt this helped her healing journey by leaps and bounds and because of that she knew this was what she wanted to do to help others.
