The body works together as a whole.

From beginning as a personal trainer in 2018, to receiving a Bachelors Degree of Exercise Science in 2019, to competing in bikini fitness competitions, then receiving my massage therapist license there have been various avenues of health that I have had the opportunities to study. They have all taught me and molded my view on health into what it is today.

Wellness, in my viewpoint, is the composite measure of mental, physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual components. One aspect can't function without being directly affected by the other. The body works as whole.

My goal as a massage therapist is to help you increase your wellness within my scope of practice.

To impact someone in a positive and them leave me better than they found me is my intentions.
