Hello everyone! I would like to introduce you to my new infant massage class! I received my training for the infant massage class from Infant Massage USA. This is a 5-class series where you will learn how to massage your baby in a supportive, small-group setting with other families. Each session lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, giving you the time and guidance to master techniques that will help soothe and bond with your little one.

Research shows that babies who are massaged:

sleep deeper and longer
spend more time active and alert for learning
have increased bonding and attachment with their parents
experience improved elimination systems

It is $175 for the course, that can be broken down by week or can be paid for as a series. Please reach out to schedule.

I have been a practicing massage therapist since 2010 and have worked with a wide variety of injuries and body complaints from athletics, student life and a variation of workplace situations. I specialize in deep tissue and injury rehab massage, however my pressure and focus is very versatile. I am always excited to customize the massage to best meet my clients needs. I am also well versed in Swedish, Sports, and Prenatal massages and frequently utilize trigger point and reflexology therapies within my massages.
