A Coast Guard Veteran and ex-diesel mechanic, Rikk worked around the world before a life changing accident that dramatically altered the course of his life 25+ years ago- and provided the path for a serious career change in to Massage Therapy.

Since then, Rikk has become specialized in Advanced Massage Therapy (AMT), Sports Injury Therapy & Prevention, Exercise & Stretching Therapy- and Services to Improve Strength & Range of Motion. AMT helps a wide range of conditions, distortions and injuries- designed to improve physical strength, range of motion, daily living activities and functional ability. Other services include: Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) & Rx Rehabilitation. Therapy sessions target the underlying cause of pain to aid and minimize the effects of injury.

As a veteran athlete and current CrossFit Masters division competitor- Rikk understands staying healthy and pain free is imperative. Not just for working out and competing- but for everyday life. His wellness philosophy is led by a commitment to personal and physical growth with a core belief that building strong client relationships is just as important as the therapies he provides.
