Shelly has worked with clients experiencing a wide range of physical issues, from everyday aches and pains to chronic inflammatory conditions. Her mission is to help you feel great—and keep you feeling great—so you can continue doing the things you love.

Practicing massage since 2012, Shelly has been licensed in four states. Her journey into massage therapy began as a client herself, when her chiropractor recommended massage for her lower back pain. Inspired by its effectiveness, she completed massage school and went on to work for the same chiropractor who introduced her to the practice.

Since then, Shelly has worked in a variety of settings and developed a passion for connecting directly with those who benefit most from massage therapy. When she’s not working, Shelly enjoys the outdoors—hiking, paddle boarding, or exploring local trails with her wife, son, and two dogs. She lives in the heart of the Springs and enjoys tackling home improvement projects in her downtime.

Shelly’s ultimate goal is to keep doing what she loves well into her 80s—and to help you do the same.
