Laura Lauraityte, founder of EmbodyTouch is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) with specialization in Thai Massage and Thai Yoga Stretch.

Laura’s personal transformation and passion for movement, nutrition and holistic-living launched her into wellness 10 years ago. As a true healthy-lifestyle enthusiast Laura has a thriving interest to restore integrity to an ancient form of healing using bodywork as a tool. Using a holistic approach and deep understanding of both western and eastern wellness theories she seeks to merge and incorporate traditional practices with the most cutting edge trends. Laura’s empathic nature allows her fully attend each client’s needs, beautifully interweaving clear presence with practiced skill, thus inspiring others to reconnect with higher self, reclaim healing power and build body awareness.

In addition she is certified as a Yoga Teacher (CYT-200), and over pas few years, she has advanced her knowledge and broadened her offerings by becoming a Ceritified Budokon Yoga and Mobility teacher. Well versed in various methods of Body-work, Yoga, Fitness, Martial Arts and Meditation Laura seeks to develop a unique and innovative experience for her clients and students. Laura’s devotion to plant-based nutrition and clean and green eating inspires her to also offer her culinary creations through nutritional guidance to those seeking to experience the taste of wellness.
