I have been practicing bodywork and teaching Yoga for over 20 years.

It is my honor to listen to your voice and your body, working with the mind/body/spirit connection to address specific issues or injuries, facilitating deep relaxation and healing. I graduated from the Downeast School of Massage with focus on Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage in 2018. Since then, I've completed trainings in Thai Yoga Bodywork, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and working on Cranio Sacral therapy and Lymphatic drainage. I'm happy to integrate breathwork or sound healing into sessions.
