At Ben Stone Massage Therapy, I help people with low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, and headaches, especially those who’ve already tried other options and are still looking for help.

Your first visit starts with an orthopedic evaluation so I can understand where your pain is coming from. Then we talk about your goals and agree on a plan together. If you’re seeing a chiropractor, physical therapist or doctor, I’m glad to coordinate with them so your care fits together. Depending on what your body needs, sessions may include Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, deep tissue work, sports massage, cupping or kinesiology taping.

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for more than 20 years, I’m nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and I’m the only Master Myoskeletal Therapist in Lincoln.

I’ll always be honest about what massage can and can’t do for you. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you figure out where to turn. My practice focuses on pain and injury recovery, so if you’re looking for a spa-style relaxation massage, let me help you find someone who excels in that arena.
