Being interested in athletic development, I am constantly on the search for the best techniques and modalities to help people. This has allowed me to experience some of the most skilled professionals in their sectors in this vast field. One thing they have in common is that they care about getting the results their clients are looking for. With these experiences and having similar desires to them I decided to learn more and pursue my passion.

This lead me to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Behavior Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Delaware. During my undergraduate studies, I participated in and competed with the UDEL powerlifting team, as well as volunteered with the University’s Strength and Conditioning Staff coaching the student athletes.

After hearing and noticing personal success with soft tissue manipulation, I decided to attend The Theraputic Massage and Training Center. I am currently licensed as a Massage Therapist in New Jersey.

As my knowledge has expanded, so has my understanding that there is no “one size fits all,” as well as a sense of frustration by most who are treated in such a way. Thus why Rudis Bodywork was created. By bridging the gaps to help you live your life healthy and pain free.
