Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2014. I have worked in many settings of massage therapy such as Chiropractic offices and fitness facilities. I have also learned many techniques and massage modalities over the years as I continue to learn and grow as a preventative massage therapy practitioner. I would describe my go-to massage style as a customized gentle deep tissue therapeutic massage, that focuses on releasing any adhesions, trigger points, or imbalances in the body. I also try to find what could be the root causes of those imbalances and educate the client on how to correct them over time. Our bodies will tell us things.
